What is the Evolt 360 body scan?
The Evolt 360 is a medical-grade body composition scanner that uses safe, low-level bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) to measure more than 40 different metrics about yourbody.
You simply stand barefoot on the platform, hold the hand grips, and in around 60 seconds you receive a detailed report of what your body is really made of – not just your weight.

You remove your shoes and socks, stand on the Evolt 360 platform and gently hold the hand
grips.

A very small, painless electrical current passes through your body via your hands and feet.
Different tissues (fat, muscle, water, bone) conduct the current differently. The scanner uses this

How often should I scan?
In most cases, scans are recommended about every 4 weeks. This allows enough time for
meaningful changes in body composition to occur, so that your report clearly shows your
progress. We may scan more or less frequently depending on your program and goals.
What to expect at your scan appointment?
• Allow 15–20 minutes for your first scan so we can go through your history and goals
• Wear light, comfortable clothing and avoid heavy jewellery where possible
• Try to be well hydrated and avoid heavy meals, alcohol and intense exercise immediately
beforehand
• We will talk you through your results in simple language and connect them to your treatment
plan
