Appointment Confirmations, Cancellations & Refunds

Consultations can be booked online with a $25 booking fee.

Please note, if you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or fail to attend, the booking fee will not be refunded.

Prepaid Treatments

Prepaid treatments are offered at a discounted rate as per our pre-payment schedule. Please note the following terms:

• Prepaid treatments are non-refundable and non-transferable to other individuals.

• Prepaid treatments have a 12-month expiry from the date of purchase.

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel a prepaid appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed appointments will result in the forfeiture of that session.

• By purchasing prepaid treatments, you agree to these terms.

All deposits made towards treatments are non-refundable, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law.
